Spite Doesn't Matter

by Fergal Nash

/

about

This song is an up tempo rocker that rages back against begrudgers
and belittlers. It emanates from detractors and snipers I have
had to endure, particularly in my school days, who mocked me for my passion of playing music. The message is, and particularly aimed at young people starting out in their careers, that you HAVE to ignore them, believe in yourself and keep going. If you give up they win.

lyrics

"Do you remember, the tough guys in the school yard?
Stripped of their chamber, now never heard of.."
